Gaza: Man injured in IDF strike carried out attack at border
The two armed Palestinians who were hit during an IDF strike in south Gaza Strip were members of a terrorist cell affiliated with the global jihadist movement, the IDF stated on Sunday.

One of the terrorists, who was apparently injured in the attack, is 22-year-old Ahmad Said Ismail, who participated in a terror attack at the Israel-Egypt border in June, which claimed the life of an Israeli citizen. The man killed in the attack is a 19-year-old from Rafah who was planning another terror attack against Israeli targets at the Egypt border. (Yoav Zitun)
