Poland: House evacuated over massive WWII bomb

Polish police say some 20 people have been evacuated from a house in the capital's downtown area after workers uncovered a 500-kilo (1,100-pound) World War II bomb under the sidewalk.

Agnieszka Hamelusz, a spokeswoman for central Warsaw police, said Tuesday that soldiers were preparing to transport the bomb out of the city to have it "neutralized." (AP)
