In wake of Jabari hit; Olmert stalls political plans
Former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert announced that in light of the hit on Hamas top man Ahmed Jabari, as well as the escalation in the south, he is postponing his involvement in the ongoing public debate regarding his return to political life.

He added that he wishes to strengthen the residents of the south, now currently under attack and praised the IDF and security forces for the successful hit on Jabari, saying he was a terrorist with blood on his hands whose departure is a great success for national security.
