Former police commissioner convicted on 2 counts
The Tel Aviv District Court convicted Former Police Commissioner Rafi Peled on two counts: fraud and corporate breach of trust; in the framework of running the Peled-Givoni group.


Judge Khaled Kabub wrote in the verdict that "Peled is not a thief and did not touch money, but was remiss in his duty as controlling shareholder and chose to ignore the warnings. Peled violated the public companies and investors' trust." (Zohar Shahar, Calcalist)
