Lieberman to face harsher indictment in envoy case

Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein has decided to add several key facts to the indictment that is to be brought against former Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, making the case stronger than originally expected.


While the original charges remains the same – fraud and breach of trust – the indictment now also states that Lieberman actively pursued the appointment of Ze'ev Ben Aryeh as the ambassador to Belarus. (Aviel Magnezi)
