Iran rejects US call for dialogue

Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, on Thursday rejected the offer of the United States to enter into bilateral talks on its controversial nuclear program while Washington imposed economic sanctions on Iran, according to his official website.


"You (Americans) want to negotiate when you point a gun at Iran. Iranian nation will not be intimidated by such act," he said in a speech to the command of the army air. (AFP)
