PA defense chief's son wounded in Beitunia clashes
Officials at the government hospital in Ramallah have reported that Walid Ziad Abu Rih, the son of the head of the Palestinian Authority's main security organization, the Preventive Security Force, sustained a gunshot wound to his stomach during clashes with security forces in Beitunia, near Ramallah. According to reports, he was taken to the hospital where he underwent surgery.


Reports also noted that a 20 year old was wounded from live fire in his shoulder. (Elior Levy)
