Security cabinet funds defense budget with NIS 2.75 billion

The Political-Security Cabinet decided unanimously to give NIS 2.75 billion in surplus funds to the defense budget. The Prime Minister's Office stated that the decision followed the cabinet's decision from May.


In addition, it was decided to set up a public committee to probe the defense budget and its components. Furthermore, a team headed by the Prime Minister's Office director, Harel Locker, will be formed in order to expedite the dismantling of IDF bases and structures in central Israel. (Attila Somfalvi)
