PM: Kerry's boycott threats are irrelevant

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that US Secretary of State John Kerry's statement that Israel should be worried about future sanctions if the peace negotiations fail is irrelevant.

"The attempts to boycott the State of Israel are not moral or justified," he said. "More so, they will not achieve their purpose. First of all, they'll make the Palestinians dig in to their dissenter stance, and secondly, no pressure will make me cancel the State of Israel's vital interests, of which civil security stands at the top."
