Supreme Court rejects Katzav's appeal for retrial
The Supreme Court on Monday rejected former president Moshe Katzav's appeal for a retrial. Katzav is serving a seven-year jail sentence for rape, indecent acts, sexual harassment and obstruction of justice.

Judge Neal Hendel wrote that he received the impression that Katzav was seeking to raise anew arguments that have already been rejected by the court in previous proceedings. (Aviel Magnezi)
