UNIFIL: Hezbollah did not let us know in advance about border tour

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon stated on Friday that it was not informed by Lebanon-based terrorist group Hezbollah of the tour that it gave of the Israel-Lebanon border.

The UN organization further stated that the power move by Hezbollah was in direct violation of UN Decision 1701, which states that the Lebanese Army is responsible for security on its side of the border in a zone from which any other armed force, including Hezbollah, is banned.
