Police officer charged with assault after hitting man with iron rod
Yahav Siman, 35, who serves as an intelligence and investigation officer at the Ashkelon Police station, was charged with assault on Monday.
Siman slapped a man during a search for a suspect and later hit the man with an iron rod and hit him in the back with a fan.
