High Court rejects petition against bill continuing Sde Dov flights
The High Court has rejected a petition submitted by the private owners of Sde Dov's grounds, who objected to the bill continuing flights in the Tel Aviv airport so long as military operations continue.
The owners of the land reached an accord with the state to cease all civilian flights from the airport by April 2017. Last year a law was enacted ensuring flights will continue through 2019.
