PA President to Israel: Beware of a religious war
During his speech at the UN General Assembly, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said that Jerusalem is under an apartheid rule, and wondered aloud how the world could accept this.
Abbas then mentioned the tensions around the Temple Mount and Al-Aqsa Mosque, calling on Israel not to be drawn into a religious war: "It is dangerous for you and for us."
