Germany, Israel signs MoU for purchase of 3 more Dolphin submarines
Germany approved a secret Memorandum of Understanding Thursday night with Israel for the purchase of three more Dolphin submarines on top of the six already previously purchased by Israel, Yedioth Ahronoth has learned.
