Breaking the Silence spokesman on closing case against him: 'Criticism is silenced'

Breaking the Silence spokesman Dean Issacharoff called on the State Attorney's Office and government to allow him to stand trial, following the decision to close a case against him for beating up a Palestinian due to lack of guilt.

In a video Issacharoff published, he said, "No political allegation can obscure the truth. Why was the testimony of the soldier who stood next to me and claimed to have seen the incident with his own eyes given credence? Because the state attorney acts as (Justice Minister) Ayelet Shaked's servant at my expense and is attempting to silence criticism against the occupation."
