Labor 2013 primary elections: Herzog campaign official, businessman to face charges
Shimon Batat, a top official in opposition leader Isaac Herzog's Labor primaries campaign in 2013, and businessman Gilad Ramot are expected to face criminal charges, the State Attorney's Office informed them after a hearing.
The two will be charged with election funding offenses.
