Islamic State claims responsibility for Aden car bomb

CAIRO – Militant group Islamic State claimed responsibility for a car bomb attack outside the offices of the Yemeni finance ministry in the southern port city of Aden, the group's news agency Amaq said on Wednesday.

Hospital officials said at least two people were killed in the explosion.
