Goldin family says HCJ ruling will 'exert pressure on PM to act'

The family of Lieutenant Hadar Goldin, whose body is held by Hamas in Gaza, attacked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Security Cabinet in the wake of the High Court of Justice ruling Israel had no authority to hold onto the bodies of terrorists.

"We've been feeling for months the Cabinet's decision from January of this year to exert pressure on Hamas was hollow and merely declarative. Today's decision will exert pressure on Netanyahu and the Cabinet's ministers to get up off their chairs, roll up their sleeves and started working to return Hadar and Oron (Shaul, another soldier whose body is held in Gaza) to Israel," the family said.
