Elia Kadosh,
who orchestrated an assault on security guards
at Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital, was convicted on Wednesday morning along with her partner David Amouyal
and four other accomplices as part of a plea bargain reached with the prosecution.
As part of the plea deal, Amouyal, 35, and the four others accused of assaulting security guards at the hospital after Kadosh complained of being mistreated there, were convicted of aggravated battery and assault.
Amouyal was also convicted of intimidation, as was 19-year-old Kadosh.
Kadosh was further be convicted of assaulting a police officer, violating a legal order, assault and intimidation in two other cases in which she attacked a taxi driver at the Wolfson Medical Center in Holon and a police officer at the Abarbanel Center of Mental Health.

The two sides petitioned to send Kadosh for a parole officer's review to examine the option of allowing her to commute her prison sentence to community service.
Amouyal, meanwhile, will serve a 25-month prison sentence, while the other four defendants will be imprisoned for different periods ranging from 17 to 22 months.
The prosecution explained the considerations for reaching a plea deal, citing saving time, avoiding having to expose the witnesses, the defendants' expression of remorse, and the agreement of the victims to the deal.
Amouyal, who fled the country shortly after the assault at Ichilov, apparently "returned from abroad especially to wrap up this case," according to his lawyers Nes Ben-Natan and Oshri Ben-Yisai. He was arrested several weeks ago upon landing at Ben-Gurion Airport.
"The deal is acceptable to us, the defendants did everything possible to wrap up the case," the lawyers said. Kadosh, they added, "is not the same woman today. Today she's someone else. She doesn't even recognize that woman."
Ben-Yishai added the plea deal "is satisfactory in light of the compensations the victims of the offenses will receive and the fact the defendants took responsibility for their actions."
This compensation, according to attorney Livnat Melamed of the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office, is NIS 120,000 to be divided between the complainants.
The incident that led to the assault of the security guards at Ichilov Hospital in late September 2017 began when Kadosh started verbally abusing the medical staff, claiming she was not receiving proper treatment.
After she was removed from the ER by security guards, she threatened the guards and medical staff, telling them: "Just you wait for my husband to get here."
Some two hours later, Amouyal and his four friends arrived at the hospital and located the security guard who removed Kadosh, with Amouyal telling him: "I'm your devil, just you wait. Not in front of the cameras, I'll get you outside."
According to the indictment, Amouyal and the four other defendants then entered the ER, while the security guard and two other guards followed them inside.
The five then attacked the security guard, hitting him in the head and back. After he was knocked down to the ground, they kicked him in the face and in other parts of his body.
The five also beat up the other two security guards, punching and kicking them. A fourth guard who came to the aid of his colleagues also came under attack, receiving a punch to the face.
