Judicial Selection Committee meets to select two new Supreme Court nominees
The Judicial Selection Committee convened Thursday morning at Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked's office to select two new nominees for the Supreme Court.
Shaked said at the start of the meeting, "One year ago today, we selected four judges for the Supreme Court, and today we are adding two more. In total, they make up 40 percent of the Supreme Court. All 24 candidates are outstanding and I'm certain we will select the most suitable ones."
