Kremlin: Putin to improve relations with US, Europe in coming term

MOSCOW – Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Friday President Vladimir Putin, who won re-election over the weekend, intends to improve relations with the United States and Europe, RIA news agency reported.
