2 east J'lem residents sentenced to 6 years for planning to kidnap Israeli

The Jerusalem District Court sentenced east Jerusalem residents Amar Ragbi and Ziad Abu Hadwan to six years in prison after they were convicted of offenses relating to providing aid to the enemy in wartime and contact with a foreign agent.

The two planned to kidnap an Israeli for the purpose of bargaining in early 2015, hoping to secure the release of prisoners.
