MK Zahalka: Police prevent Arab citizens from showing solidarity with Gaza

The Joint List's Chairman Jamal Zahalka calls Sunday to release the detainees of Friday's demonstration in Haifa.

Zahalka took part in the demonstration in front of Haifa's court, where a hearing regarding the detainees took place.

"The police acts with violence against Arab demonstartors to prevent them from showing solidarity with their people in Gaza. The police officers' conduct must be investigated," Zahalka said.
