Palestinian youth suspected of hit and run
Police have arrested a 17-year-old resident from the Palestinian town of Rantis on suspicion of hitting a biker with his car two days ago and escaping the scene.
The rider was taken to the Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva in serious condition.
The suspect will be brought before the city's magistrate's court for a hearing on the incident.
