Netanyahu intends to deduct costs of ‘kite terror’ from PA funds

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed the Director of the National Security Council Meir Ben Shabbat to deduct the costs of agricultural damage caused by “terror kites” from Gaza from funds intended for the Palestinian Authority.
