Lapid: Yesh Atid will vote in favor of proposed draft law
Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid said Monday his party would vote in favor of the new draft law.
"The draft plan is actually a repeat of Yesh Atid's law. This time, both the IDF and the chief of staff support this plan," he said at the beginning of his Yesh Atid party meeting.
"I have no expectations from the prime minister, but the defense minister cannot change even one word in this plan. He made a commitment to the public that he would give full backing to the IDF and Defense Ministry. If he changes one word of the plan, it'll be a capitulation," Lapid added.
