Sderot mayor says reported ceasefire with Hamas is a mistake
Sderot Mayor Alon Davidi said Friday that a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas that reportedly went into on Thursday night following a massive exchange of rocket fire from Gaza and IDF airstrikes is a mistake.
“I understand the desire of the government to enter into negotiations, but Israel must end the terror with military assistance. This on and off war is unhealthy,” Davidi said.
