Stabbing attempt near West Bank IDF base, attacker shot
An assailant attempted to carry out a stabbing attack near the Samaria Territorial Brigade's base in the West Bank on Monday evening.
An initial IDF inquiry found that the assailant arrived by car from the city of Nablus, exited the vehicle and attempted to stab an IDF soldier who was at a nearby checkpoint.
Another soldier opened fire at the terrorist and shot him dead. No IDF troops were injured.
