Haredi extremists block highway to Jerusalem over IDF draft

Haredi extremists protest in Jerusalem and on a highway into the city over the arrest of a man who refused to turn up at an IDF recruitment center.

Route 443 was briefly closed at Mevo Modi'in Junction due to the protests, but was soon reopened.

Police arrested two people at the Shabbat Square intersection in Jerusalem.
