Trump says he doesn't buy 'Tlaib’s tears,' calls her anti-Semitic
U.S. President Donald Trump slammed Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib Tuesday, after a press conference in which she wept when discussing the cancelation of her West Bank visit to meet her grandmother.
Tlaib, who was granted permission to enter Israel if she refrains from promoting a boycott on the country during her visit, decided to decline and cancel the visit.
"Sorry, I don’t buy Rep. Tlaib’s tears," he said on Tweeter. "I have watched her violence, craziness and, most importantly, WORDS, for far too long. Now tears? She hates Israel and all Jewish people. She is an anti-Semite. She and her 3 friends are the new face of the Democrat Party. Live with it!"
