Pregnant woman, daughter killed in crash; baby critical after emergency C-section

A pregnant woman and her 12-year-old were killed in a collision on Route 6 near the Ben Shemen interchange in central Israel.

The woman, who was 32 weeks pregnant, was clinically dead when she arrived at Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer and underwent an emgergency cesarean section before her death was declared.

The baby is in critical condition with doctors fighting to save his life.
