Gaza rockets fired at central Israel

Rocket fire from Gaza has reached central Israel including Tel Aviv and cities to its south.

The Iron Dome missile defense system intercepted rocket fire over the city of Rishon Lezion.

Schools will remain closed and people have been advised to remain home from non-essential jobs.
