U.S.: NKorea missile tests are 'deeply counterproductive'

Associated Press|
"North Korea's ballistic missile tests have been deeply counterproductive and risk closing the door on prospects for negotiating peace," U.S. Ambassador Kelly Craft said Wednesday.
Craft told the UN Security Council that even though North Korea has carried out 13 ballistic missile launches since May, "the U.S. is prepared to be flexible and remains ready to take concrete, parallel steps with North Korea toward an agreement."
