Khalil al-Sheikh, the brother of a senior Palestinian Authority official responsible for coordination with Israel was killed last night by gunfire during a clan brawl in Ramallah.
Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Ashtiya has announced that an investigation into the incident has been launched.
