Rafi Peretz says will not run for Knesset in upcoming election

The Minister of Jerusalem and Heritage Affairs, Rabbi Rafi Peretz, announced on Tuesday he will not run for Knesset in the upcoming elections.
Peretz will also step down as leader of the Jewish Home Party and will not run for party leadership in the upcoming primaries.
"Electing a new leader for the Jewish Home and renewing the party's face are a necessity of the hour," Peretz wrote on Facebook.
