U.S. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin arrives in Israel for what he called "important meetings" just hours after he oversaw the signing by Sudan of the Abraham Accords that signal normalized ties between Muslim nations and Israel.
The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem said on Twitter that Mnuchin was in Israel "to advance the strong and enduring bilateral economic relations between our two countries."
