Coronavirus czar Prof. Nachman Ash Sunday said that the stabilization in national infection rates "could be a reason for optimism."
"Infection rate is not increasing exponentially but is beginning to stabilize. We can optimistically assume that the lockdown and vaccinations are helping and starting to bring results," he said.
