The Rebbe of the Vizhnitz Hassidic dynasty, Rabbi Yisroel Hager, instructed his followers to open all the educational institutions affiliated with the dynasty starting Sunday.
Hagar however added he does not want his follower's to clash with the authorities and warned the followers "not to provoke the police, not to throw stones, not to physically attack and not to shout 'Nazi'".
