Justice Hayut disqualifies herself from Submarine Affair hearing

Yael Friedson|
Supreme Court President Esther Hayut disqualified herself from the hearing that will take place at the High Court on Monday, regarding the submarine affair - which allegedly saw Israeli officials advocating for the purchase of submarines and patrol boats in return for kickbacks.
According to Hayut, the reason is that one of the affidavits submitted to the court was written by Maj. Gen. (Res.) Noam Tibon, who is familiar to her personally.
