Israel shows 8% positivity rate of coronavirus tests conducted Saturday

The Health Ministry on Sunday said that 2,394 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed on Saturday after 30,832 tests conducted, indicating an 8% positivity rate.
There are currently 1,228 people in serious condition being treated in hospitals with 316 of them on ventilators.
After 17 people died on Saturday from COVID-19 complications the death rate in Israel from coronavirus since the start of the pandemic reached 4,361.
