There is no such thing as "racist" license plates. Israel issues Israeli license plates to Israelis. There is no difference in the license plates issued to Jews or Arabs. The Palestinian authority issues PA license plates to Palestinians. Since no Jews are allowed to live in the PA, that is racist in and of itself. Palestinians like to take random shots at cars with Israeli license plates, which can be driven by Jews, Arabs, or Christians.
