You probably know that the French and Germans fought the most bitter wars for around 100 years including World War 1 and 2. Huge numbers of soldiers etc. were killed (in WW 1 it was a generation). In the fields of Verdun in E. France I think there are around one million graves! Yet today the French and Germans manage to co-exist. Both sides have worked to achieve this. Let me tell you that the Arab Nations including Lebanon do not have a problem with Jews as a religion as we do agree that Jews used to live among us and in most of Arab countries including Lebanon. But do you really accept what is happening to the Palestinian for over than 60 years now? They accepted to take a small piece of land and to live in peace but even this was too difficult for the Zionist to give. Regarding Lebanon, you can not start thinking about the problem by just going 29 days ago as the problem was there years and years ago. Israel invaded our land many many times and no need to tell you about the casualties as you can find that by a simple google search. IDF left Lebanese land back in 2000 and kept the Sibaa farms and few of out POWs. Shiba farms are Lebanese and not Syrian and Syria has announced that many time and also before 3 or 4 days they announced that these farms belongs to Lebanon. Was it so hard for Israel to give these few meters square back to where they belong and save this blood? You need to know that Hizballah in the eyes of millions of Lebanese is a resistance movement that was created in 1983 just to free Lebanon from the Israeli invasion. The operation that was done by Hizballah to kidnap the two Israeli soldiers was just to negotiate with Israel to free our POWS ! You can not say that was a terrorist operation because we were at war and the kidnapped were soldiers and not civilians. Israel did not want to negotiate and they chose to go to war. See where we are now and see the causalities at both sides!! There was an easy solution but Israel did not think twice. One more thing, Israel keep saying that Syria and Iran is behind this and you know .. The long song of Iran and Syria .. I would say that sure Iran and Syria has their own agenda in Middle East like every body else including America. We have had many wars with Russia and now both countries have had peace for decades. After WW II we paid enourmous reparations to Russia, we resettled 15% of our population and educated new generation. I do not understand, why rich oilcountries can not do this and even more. We do not have a lots of valuable natural resouces, but we have free education system and inexpensive medical care. Do not ask why Finland is one of the most advanced countries in the world. This is possible because of hard work and with peacefull co-operation with other countries.
