Words to a man who helped acheiving a big part of peace deal Before. I didn't read the book but read Articles and heared few interviews. And i think the title of the book has 2 part: 1- he is refering to Palestine within the 1967 Border. and the whole talk and talk with no walk is about this issue to be accepted and processed permanately by booth parties. The State of Israel within those same border isn't included there. 2- What i think he want to say is the design on settelment inside those terretorries were made in a way to make not possible to a future 1967 Pal state to survive and been free within those borders and might create interaction and even incidents that wouldn't help the trust building between th tow people. 3- I think the title was been to create or stimulate a positive contructive talking to reach a permanant happy ending for all of you. Because at the end it will be through mutual agreement and good will for better future for you all. I figured he was incompetent watching his election in 1976 (he just barely won, and that was WITH still-smouldering anger over Watergate)--and he proved it irrevocably as fact in April 1980 with his idea of a rescue op. The only "peace" that Carter ever embraced was a "rest in peace"--which was what happened to Sadat.

I hate to use such an imprecise term, but Carter has been a Wacko since the start of his presidency in the 70's. A stumbling disaster after another, with viewpoints so far from reality I don't know how he possibly survived as a peanut farmer. Since he left office, he has run two frauds. The first scam he runs is that he accepts money from any dictator and in exchange he offers a press conference praising the dictator and ripping the U.S. His other fraud is hatred of Isreal, Carters own advisor said his book is "replete with factual errors, plagiarism, and other sections are simply made-up." No surprise that Carter cannot understand the definition of terrorism, let alone who is the victim and who is the culprit!

There was the seige of the US embassy, the crash of the rescue mission helicopters, etc. 2. The rise of Khomeini was the catalyst for all the Radical Moslem Extremist today and all the terror across the globe. 3. Instead of joining Russia fight terror in Afghanistan, Dementia Carter boycotted the Olympics and destroyed the lives and hopes of the best athletes of American(e.g. Kurt Thomas). 4.
