Rebuilding a new bridge to replace one that has become unsafe is not doing any damage to your precious mosque the waqf and the rest of the trouble makers know that as well. The bridge goes nowhere near your mosque, the excevations at the bottom of Temple Mount in the 90s the muslims rioted over saying it was going to destroy the foundations of the mosque it didnt do any damage. As for the archology side of things .. archologists are some of the most carefull people there are when it comes to digging because they dont want to damage things .. they work with handheld trowls and paintbrushes not bulldozers and they dig small excevation pits nothinig thats going to put your mosque at risk. The waqf are against archeology because they are afraid of any jewish artifacts being found that they havnt destroyed yet which would show that the jews were here before Mohammed was born certainly before the mosque. They are so against the Mugrabi gate bridge simply used by tourists 99% of the time because its the only gate that Israel has full control over for security purposes that 1% of the time when there is a problem. Any eductaed muslim that WANTS to know the truth and not just follow the hysteria created by propoganda then they would realise that no religious sites are in any danger because of this project jewish or muslim. Its a saftey issue only nothing more the muslims either know the truth and want to use it as an excuse to crate an international incident where Israel is the bad guy and try weaken its authority in Jerusalem or they have heard the propoganda and following the crowd without thinking for themselves. How does Israel benefit from destroying your mosque? ... there are no plans to build the 3rd temple, it would probably end up starting a full scale war, and its 1 less tourist attraction. Why dont you let the whabis worry about what goes on at Mecca and Israel worry about what goes in in Jerusalem.

Talking about nuking Israel might be a little extreme but Egypt is still a very big threat to Israel. They have the strongest of all the arab armies, unlike Iran they are on Israels doorstep and they have just about every modern American weapon that Israel does, their navy is bigger than Israels, they have more heavy armour alot of it in the form of American M1 abrams tanks which are built in Egypt. The fight would this time be in Egypts favour as they have territorial depth which Isreael does not have and they have most of the same modern weapons. Egypt also chemical weapons thats not going to kill all the muslims or destroy their mosques but it would kill Israelis. What Israel did in 1967 wont work this time round. America and Israel have allowed countries like Egypt to gain a millitary advantage over Israel. America must stop selling Egypt so much advanced weapons keep them weaker if war broke out which is a growing possibility and when Mubarak dies if the muslim bortherhood and other extremists take over then the 1979 peace treaty will end up being used to start a fire and there will be a very big chance of war breaking out.

Who are they to tell Israel where to dig and where not? It's like the entire Arab world just watches Israel and prays it will do something so they can scream death to us all. Who has threatened to use nukes against Israel? I was paying attentiton i was just making my own point that if Iran did have nukes it wouldnt use them. You and many others like you have in previous talkbacks stated that Iran would use their "nukes" against Israel but you just made the point that a nuke against Israel would destroy the Mosque so my question to you is why would any muslim country nuke Israel?

Muslims destroy mosques all the time in Iraq, that's how the "civil war" started there. They could care less if they destroy them in Jerusalem too. Fanatical muslims could care less if they die, or if anyone else dies, or if something gets destroyed. Their leaders will just sit and make a speech the next day about how all the Muslims that died were "martyrs" in our cause, etc, blah, blah, blah.
