62. Declaring an Arab Republic of Israel
Simon ,   Malha   (05.04.07)
Why does it have to be an ARAB state, it is a Jewish state and Arabs have been welcome to live there but they simply want everything.. so its time to give and end the ofer and just move on.. Arabs had a chance and they ignored the opportunity..
63. propaganda and bad faith
tom ,   toronto, canada   (05.04.07)
haidar provides a casebook example of arab thinking: it's not that bishara is a traitor who has denounced israel and embraced every single enemy country seeking israel's destruction, all the while abusing his parliamentary immunity and israeli citizenship - it's just another jewish plot to expel arabs! when will he, and his kin, wake up and smell the coffee? they have chosen to live in israel, and as israeli citizens, they are in the same "boat" as all other israelis. their determined attempts to sink that boat won't win them any friends, and will end up harming themselves as well. as hezbollah clearly demonstrated last summer, when they shoot at israel, they don't care if they hit jews, christians, or moslems. so it's time this vocal minority of israeli arabs learned that, like it or not, their future depends on the well-being of their country - israel.
