I do not know if you are Jewish or not, but with all due respect, the Torah contains laws that only Jews follow. Basically speaking non-Jews are supposed to follow their own laws.

International law is only law if the big powers with the influence accept it and with Israel usualy its on the reciving end of defining the law to support its enemies who have the oil and money to spend. International law could say that Israels anthem is hatikva but if the Americans said no hatikva is not Israels anthem because it suited their political interests in future Israelis would no longer sing hatikva instead it would be whatever has been dictated to them. Israel is an easy target for the ocasionsl financial reward of some kind then Israel will surrender soverignty over certain issues. Today Israel has very little soverignty what the Americans want is what Israel wants. Sharon gave over soverignty of who Israel was allowed to sell what weapons of its own with no American tecnology so Israel doesnt even have the right to decide who it sells weapons to that have no outside technology. Allmost all foreign policy is today made in Washington not ellected Israeli representives. The arabs are smart they dont surrender soverignty on any issue toanybody they have learned how to twist things round so that the likes of the US believe that the arab policy is probably the best policy for America.

It is indeed. Furthermore, it is the universal Mosaic Law that has prompted the league of nations' decision and balfour declaration. Clarification of this rare knowledge is a prerequisite to a full recognition of the Jewish Holyland, yet the professors have ignored its availability, rendering their strength irrelevant.

Although the Christians follow their Law, i.e. the Bible, and the Muslims follow their Law, i.e. the Koran, -- the authority of Moses the Law Giver is UNCHALLENGED in both those scriptures. AS SUCH, both the Christian community and the Muslim community worldwide MUST accept the FACT that Yahweh, the Supreme Lord, gave Israel - which includes Judea and Samaria - to the Jewish People as their Homeland !!! THOSE words of Yahweh, the Supreme Lord, were conveyed to the world by Moses the Law Giver. The Christians accept the words of Moses the Law Giver, the Muslims accept the words of Moses the Law Giver -- so, they both MUST acknowledge the FACT that Israel, which includes Judea and Samaria, BELONGS to the Jewish People !!! IF the Christians worldwide don't accept this FACT -- that will mean that they, i.e. the Christians, are going AGAINST the words of Moses the Law Giver !!! IF the Muslims worldwide don't accept this FACT -- that will mean that they, i.e. the Muslims, are going AGAINST the words of Moses the Law Giver !!!

Article 95 of the Treaty of Sevres uses the same language as that interpreted by Charles B. Hall in a previous comment to refute the thesis expressed in this article. Article 95 provides in pertinent part: "The High Contracting Parties agree to entrust, by application of the provisions of Article 22, the administration of Palestine, within such boundaries as may be determined by the Principal Allied Powers, to a Mandatory to be selected by the said Powers. The Mandatory will be responsible for putting into effect the declaration originally made on November 2, 1917, by the British Government, and adopted by the other Allied Powers, in favour of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country." It doesn't say the home should be established in a part of Palestine. Rather it says the home should be established "in Palestine" which I read as to be established in all of Palestine as reading it in context, the rest of the Treaty referred to the other parts of the former Ottoman Empire.

I also agree with your supposition on this matter. This article is totally without fact. First to start off with the issue of Palestine was never settled at the Varsaille Talks. It was not included. Under Article 22 of the League of Nations the issue of British Control of Palestine was only under an Area A Mandate, return to Self Rule evident in the language "Communities Consider is Primary to the Awarding of the Mandatory". The British had no abilty to give that land to anybody nor did the League of Nations other than the occupants thereof. Faisel was not the Legal rep for the occupants of Palestine. As far as the Palestine Mandate went it did not give the land to anybody either. The grouping of Trans Jordan and Palestine in the Palestine mandate was for ease of administration, but they were separate areas not one in he same. It established the right of a jewish colony but not in all the lands and protected the local population which was decidedly arab in majority.. The British policy set forth in Balfour was very careful in establishing a Jewish homeland in Palestine but not all of Palestine and it was just policy they had no authority other than administration and it clearly outlined the rights of nonjewish inhabitants. The British changed their position with the White Paper making Balfour Moot. Even Weizman himself in writings said that while we are not given the right to a state everybody will view it as Statehood. He attempted to get Truman to sign on to Statehood and he refused preferring a UN force to replace the British Mandate. Never in he history of time has this land been wholly jewish or completely Jewish Run. History is what you have to deal with good, bad or indifferent. This is the true history. I have always supported reparations for Jews from countries that have expelled them. and also support reparations for arabs expelled or left in war in Palestine (or current day Israel) that is according to the Hague 47. That is international law. Let all jews apply for reparations from Arab States that expelled them and Arabs should recieve reparations from Israel. Now that is international Law. The roadmap is not illegal. As a matter of fact it is totally legal. Resolution 181 set out boundaries of a Jewish homeland. .
