Why doesn't israel set up a Human rights and war crimes court and name not only Arabs, but Europeans for supporting terrorism and anti-semitism. And since when should the State of Israel abide by those nations that have a history of murdering Jews! Europe as well as the Arabs have plenty to answer for.

Many Israeli leaders and IDF members are already wanted war criminals and will eventually be brought to justice for their crimes, but there are many more that still need to be charged for their crimes and international warrants issued for their arrest. I applaud Belgium for its efforts to bring to justice those who thus far escaped punishment for their crime. And in regards to Palestinian criminals, Israel has been killing off suspected Muslim criminals without any trials for decades, so I doubt that Israelis would allow a legal judicial process to interfere with their largely indiscriminate wholesale killings, so there is no need for the court to concern itself with those matters right now.
