If the USA or Israel attacks Iran, apart from it being a highly illegal act of war, the consequences will be devastating. Iran has already announced they will fire 11,000 missile on Israel within the first few minutes/hours of an attack on them, targetting Dimona and other nuclear facilities of Israel. One has to be very careful assuming out of 11000 at least 1100 not to hit Israel and out of those at least 1 not to hit something danerous. Is this a risk Israel wants to take?
