Are there two kinds of Jews, one genetic and one Religious? If so, who determines who is a proper Religious Jew? You say the Rabbis, then where does he get his authority. Did he become a Rabbi because he was a genetic Jew who practice proper Torah guidelines to become a Religious Jew also and then a Rabbi? How after all these hundreds of years does any Jew know he is a true genetic Jew and not have mixed blood? The whole point of this article was intermarriage between Jews and non Jews or civil marriages. I believe the objection is raised because the Rabbis want to keep the Jewish bloodline pure which is according to Torah. My original question was to try and find out how the Jewish Rabbis or the Jewish people determine who is a 100% pure Jew so that they will stay that way by proper marriage. If no one knows after these two thousand years, then what is the purpose of trying to now do it? I really would like to learn these things. I am not trying to cause trouble or claim to be a genetic pure blood Jew myself, although I do believe I have Jewish blood. Why would I be rejected because I do not have pure Jewish blood if no one else can prove their blood is pure Jewish blood? Is this so difficult to talk about?
